Opening the Medical Journal

From the Dashboard:

• Click View all reports

This opens the Medical Journal overview, where you can:

• View existing reports
• Create a new medical report

Creating a new report

1. Click New report
2. Fill in:
   • Initials
   • Illness / Accident
   • Correct date (if required)
3. Click Create report

Editing a Medical Report

Required fields

Fill in all relevant fields carefully.

If a doctor is on board:

• Enter your name under Medical Officer

Informed Consent

If you tick Informed Consent:

• Additional information becomes visible
• The patient must be informed accordingly

Saving your work

Use the diskette icon in the upper-right corner to save changes.

⚠️ Always save before leaving the page.

Medication Usage & Permissions

Medication usage can be registered using Register Usage on the right side of the report.

⚠️ Important permission note

• This function is usually not available to doctors
• Only the First Officer has access to the medication database

Doctors can:

• View medication usage
• Document medication in narrative fields
