Journal
The Journal tab is used for maintenance journal entries.

You need journal permissions to access, create, update or manage journals.
Opening Journal
Open Maintenance and click Journal.
Creating a journal entry
Open the correct journal.
Click New entry or use the entry field shown in the journal.
Enter the journal text and save it.
Editing a journal entry
Open the journal entry.
Change the content and save it.
Journal categories
Some journals use categories.
Use categories to group entries, for example by system, watch, department or work type.
Managing journals
Users with journal management permission can create and edit journal settings.
Only change journal setup when you understand how the journal is used on board.
