Ranks define the crew ranksare used in crewing, safety, appraisals, safety, permissions and other workflows.

Opening Ranks

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Selectand click Ranks.

Search

Searching for a rank

    Type

  1. Open Settings > Ranks.
  2. Usein Search ranks.
  3. Type

    You partcan ofsearch theby rank title or rank code.

  4. Select

    Creating a rank

    from the filtered list when you find it.

Create a rank

  1. Open Settings > Ranks.
  2. Select

    Click New rank.

  3. Fill in the rank details.

Edit

Editing a rank

  1. Open Settings > Ranks.
  2. Search for the rank if needed.
  3. Open the rank.
  4. Update the title, code or other rank details.
  5. Save the rank.

Duplicate a rank

  1. Open Settings > Ranks.
  2. Open the rank youfrom wantthe tolist.

  4. Selectthe rank details and save the changes.

    Duplicating a rank

    Open the rank and click Duplicate if the action is available.

  5. Adjust

    Change the copied rankdetails details.

  7. Savesave the new rank.

Delete

Deleting a rank

  1. Open Settings > Ranks.
  2. Open or locate the rank.
  3. Select

    Use the delete action.

Be careful when deleting ranks that are already used by crew, documents,appraisals, appraisalsdocument templates or permissions.
