Vessel Settings

Vessel Settings storecontain the official vessel details used inthroughout reports, exports, e-mails and module workflows.Marlinspike.

Required permissions

You need:

• Manage Vessel Settings (settings-vessel)

Opening Vessel Settings

1. Open Settings.

2. Selectand click Vessel.

Edit

Editing vessel details

1. Open Settings > Vessel.
2. Update

   Change the vesselfield fields,you want to update.

   The fields are saved automatically.

   You can update details such as:

   • Vesselvessel name
   • Callcall sign
   • Homehome port
   • Flagflag
   • IMO number
   • Vesselvessel type
   • MMSI
   • Grossgross tonnage
   and
   • net tonnage
   • SAT-C and cell phone details
   • Ownercellphone
   • Masterowner
   • master e-mail address
3. Select Save.
4. Check for validation messages if the page does not save.

Update the master

Master e-mail address

1. Open Settings > Vessel.
2. Enter the address in Master e-mail.
3. Select Save.

The master e-mail address must be a valid e-mail address.

It

This mayaddress can be used by workflows that contact or identify the master.
