Set up drills

  1. Open Settings > Safety.
  2. In Drills, review the existing drill definitions.
  3. Create a new drill or open an existing drill.
  4. Fill in or update the drill setup, such as:
    • Drill title
    • Required interval
    • Scheduling method
    • Initial due date
    • Description
    • Default reporting type
    • Access restrictions
  5. Save the drill.

The drill setup controls which drills are available in Safety and how Marlinspike determines whether they are due or overdue.

Edit a drill setup

  1. Open Settings > Safety.
  2. In Drills, open the drill you want to change.
  3. Update the schedule, description, reporting type or access settings.

Delete a drill setup

  1. Open Settings > Safety.
  2. In Drills, find the drill.

  3. Select Add category.
  4. Enter the category name.
  5. Select Save.

  1. Open Settings > Safety.
  2. Go to Drill Evaluations.
  3. Select the delete action next to the category.
  4. Select Save.

Existing reports keep their recorded evaluation content, but changing categories may affect how future evaluations are grouped.

Reset evaluation categories to default

  1. Open Settings > Safety.
  2. Go to Drill Evaluations.
  3. Select Reset to default.
  4. Select Save.

Maintain ignored keywords

  1. Open Settings > Safety.

  4. Select Add keyword.
  5. Select Save.

To remove a keyword, select the delete action on the keyword badge and then select Save. Use Clear list only when you want to remove the full custom ignore list.
