The analysis page helps review drill coverage and recurring findings.
Use analysis to review:
- How often drills have been reported.
- Whether required drill frequency has been met.
- Evaluation comments.
- Recommendations.
- Keywords and repeated themes.
Recommendations
Recommendations from drill reports can be reviewed to identify improvement actions.
If irrelevant keywords appear in the analysis, authorised users can add them to the ignore list.
Drill Settings
Safety settings define which drills are available and how often they should be performed.
Drill definitions can include:
- Drill title
- Required interval
- Scheduling method
- Initial due date
- Description
- Default reporting type
- Access restrictions
