Expired
A document exists, but its expiry date is already in the past. -
Due
A document exists and is still valid, but it will expire before the selected due date filter.

Reading the results
Each result shows relevant document information for a crew member.
Depending on the item, you may see:
- crew member name
- related rank
- document name
- document status
- expiry date
- document details or attached files
When results are grouped, summary counters are shown, such as:
- number of missing documents
- number of expired documents
- number of due documents
Exporting the overview
You can export the currently filtered results.
Available export options:
- Export to PDF
- Export to Excel
Important:
Only the current filtered selection is exported.
If you change the filters, the export will reflect those filters.

Troubleshooting
No results are shown
Possible reasons:
- your selected statuses do not match any documents
- the due date filter is too restrictive
- the selected document templates exclude all relevant documents
Try broadening the filters.
The export does not contain all documents
The export only includes the results that match the current filters.
