Document status overview

Document status overview

The Document status page shows crew document issues in one overview.

Use it to find missing, expired and due documents.

Opening Document status

Open Crewing.

Click Document status.

Statuses

Missing means a required document has not been added.

Expired means the document expiry date has passed.

Due means the document is still valid, but will expire before the selected due date.

Grouping the results

Use grouping to view the results by status, document or crew member.

Use ungrouped when you want one flat list.

Filters

Use filters to narrow the overview by status, due date or document type.

Exporting

Use PDF or Excel export when you need to share or archive the filtered overview.
