Notifying crew

The Notify crew page sends document reminder e-mails to crew members.

Use it when crew documents are missing, expired or due soon.

Open Crewing.

Click Notify crew.

Use the filters to decide which document issues should be included.

Select the crew members that should receive a reminder.

Crew members without an e-mail address cannot receive a reminder.

Check the selected crew members.

Click the send action.

Marlinspike sends reminder e-mails for the selected document issues.

Use the last-notified information to avoid sending repeated reminders too often.
