Document status overview
The Document status page gives you a clear overview ofshows crew document issues.issues in one overview.
You can useUse it to:
see which documents aremissingsee which documents areexpiredsee which documents aredue soonfilter the results by date and document typeexport the filtered results toPDForExcel

Where to find it
missing, expired and due documents.
Opening Document status
Open the Crewing.
Click Document status.
Understanding document statuses
The system uses three document statuses:
Statuses
Missing
Ameans a required document has not beenadded for the crew member.added.-
Expired
Ameans the documentexists, but itsexpiry dateishasalready in the past.passed. -
Due
Ameans the documentexists andis still valid, butitwill expire before the selected duedate filter.date.
Grouping options

By statusGroups all items into Missing, Expired, and DueBy documentGroups all items bystatus, documenttypeBy crewGroups all items by crew memberUngroupedShows one flat list of all matching items

Filters
You can filter the document overview by:
StatusMissingExpiredDue
Due date filterchoose a date manually- or
use shortcuts such as:Today+1 month+3 months
Document templatesshow all templatesor only selected document types
The overview updates based on the selected filters.

Reading the results
Each result shows relevant document information for a crew member.
DependingUse onungrouped the item,when you maywant see:one flat list.
crew member namerelated rankdocument namedocument statusexpiry datedocument details or attached files
Filters
WhenUse resultsfilters areto grouped, summary counters are shown, such as:
number of missing documentsnumber of expired documentsnumber of due documents
Exportingnarrow the overview
Youby can export the currently filtered results.
Available export options:
Export to PDFExport to Excel
Important:
Only the current filtered selection is exported.
If you change the filters, the export will reflect those filters.

Troubleshooting
No results are shown
Possible reasons:
your selected statuses do not match any documentsthestatus, due datefilter is too restrictivethe selectedor documenttemplatestype.exclude all relevant documents
Exporting
TryUse broadeningPDF or Excel export when you need to share or archive the filters.filtered overview.
The export does not contain all documents
The export only includes the results that match the current filters.
