Contacts and Documents
Port entries can contain contacts and supporting documents.
Contacts
Open the Contacts tab on a port entry to view linked contacts.
Contacts can be used for agents, authorities, suppliers, terminals and other useful port-related organisations.
Depending on permissions, users can attach existing contacts or create new contacts.
Documents
Open the Documents tab on a port entry to view uploaded documents.
Documents can be used for:
- Port instructions
- Local forms
- Berth information
- Agent information
- Terminal documentation
- Reference files for future calls
Users with update permission can add, edit or remove documents.
