Wishlist

The Wishlist is used for items that may become a purchase request later.

Use it when you want to collect purchasing ideas before creating a formal request.

Adding an item to the Wishlist

Open Purchasing and go to Wishlist.

Click New.

Enter the item description, quantity and any notes.

Save the item.

Moving Wishlist items to a request

Open or create a purchase request.

Use the option to add items from the Wishlist.

Select the items you want to include.

The selected items become request lines.

Deleting Wishlist items

Delete a Wishlist item when it is no longer needed.

Deleted Wishlist items can be reviewed separately when the deleted-items view is available.
